So I put some cute overalls on Bethanie today and her legs are so long they look like capris...so we are pretending that is what they are supposed to be. Hehe. Like Mother, Like Daughter! :) Enjoy the pics!

So, Bethanie was just doing tummy time on her play mat and at first she was being stubborn and I didn't think she was going to work on her muscles...but then she lifted herself up so high that I thought for sure she'd crawl away or something. And then all of a sudden she rolled herself over to her back. I am not sure if she knew what she was doing but she did it!! I'm so proud! :) She got so excited that her toys were now hanging in front of her face that she started kicking and smiling. So fun!! I love it!

3 times in a row!!! I put her on her tummy again after the 1st time to see if she'd do it again and she did...so I did it again! 3 times in a row...she's so smart!! :)

3 Months Already?

3 Months!

Bethanie is 3 months old today. I can't believe how time flies. Bethanie is becoming cuter and more and more fun everyday. I really enjoy getting to see all of the changes and fun she's having the past 3 months. Bethanie has been very happy and smiley and I love it.
She loves playing on her play mat with the rattles and things to swing at above her.
She loves laying on my lap and having me play bicycle with her feet.
She loves music and will swing her arms and legs to the music.
She's got the cutest smile with adorable dimples.
She has been doing better at following things with her eyes.
She knows when I walk into the room and she will stop crying as soon as she hears my voice.
She's beautiful and TALL just like her parents.
She's so long that she's already growing out of some of her 6 month clothes.
She loves her baths (until you take her out...then she screams).
She likes having her hair brushed...it calms her down after the after bath screaming.
She likes to watch TV...if I stand in front of the TV with her she will lean her head towards the TV and will just stare.
She's got a cute little giggle and even her cry is cute. :)

We love our little Bethanie! She's so much fun!! I can't imagine life without her.

3 Year Anniversary

3 years ago today Bryan and I were in Snowflake, AZ getting married. It was a cold, snowy day but it was the happiest day of my life. I was nervous to get married but yet so excited. I can still remember looking Bryan in the eyes while kneeling across from each other in the Snowflake Temple and being so happy. These three years have been amazing. We've had our ups and downs for sure but our love just grows stronger and stronger. Bryan took me out to dinner and a movie on Saturday to celebrate our anniversary and we had a great time. He took me to his Elementary School and showed me around and told me all about that school, middle school and high school. It was fun hearing stories and getting to know my husband even better. I love Bryan so much and am the luckiest girl in the world. I've got an amazing little family and can't wait to spend Eternity with them. 3 years down...Eternity to go! :)

Blessing

Bethanie got blessed on Sunday (1-10-2010). She looked beautiful. She did a great job during the blessing and during sacrament meeting...she didn't make a peep. Bryan did an amazing job on the blessing...the spirit was so strong and you could tell that he just loves his daughter so much. I love my little family and am so blessed to have Bryan and Bethanie in my life. :)

2 Month Stats

We took Bethanie to the doctor yesterday for her 2 month check up and she's growing like a weed. :) A beautiful weed of course!!

She is now 11 pounds, 8 ounces which is in the 73%.
She's 23 1/2 inches long which is in the 80%.
And her head is now 38 3/4 cm around which is in the 50%.

She got her 2 month shots which of course I hate...but I think the shots made her tired because she slept REALLY good last night. :)

I can't believe she is already 2 months old...we are having so much fun with her. We love that little girl so much!!
