20 Months

I cannot believe how fast Bethanie is growing up. She is almost 21 months old which means...she's almost 2!!!!! Where has the time gone? Bethanie is so much fun and SO smart! She is such a joy to have around and she always has us laughing. Here are just a few new things that Bethanie does or says:

Bethanie likes to hide things behind her back...she will hide something and wait for you to ask her where it is and then she will pull it out and say, "Here it is!" SO CUTE!

Bethanie is so smart and knows most of her body parts. Here's the list: Hair, Head, Eyes, Nose, Mouth, Ears, Cheeks (she pinches her cheeks when you tell her she's cute), Chin (this one is a new one), Neck, Boobies (yep, that's right), Belly Button, Shoulders, Elbows (another new one), Fingers, Hands, Knees, Toes, Feet and TUSH :)

Bethanie's favorite show is Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and has most of the characters and LOVES them more than any of her other toys. Her favorites are Donald and Daisy Duck. She calls them Don Duck and Day Duck...she can also say Minnie (MeeMee). Another favorite character is Pete, but they don't make stuffed animals of him because he's the villain I guess you could say.

She loves the Hot Dog Dance from Mickey Mouse and will go around the house singing and doing the dance "Dot Dog, Dot Dog." SO CUTE!
She has also learned how to tiptoe and skate from watching Mickey Mouse. :)

Bethanie's new thing to get your attention is saying very loudly, "Hey Hey Hey." She chases me around the house saying "Hey Hey Hey" if I do not answer her right away...AND the other day in the store she tried saying hi to someone who did not respond and so she started yelling out "Hey Hey Hey" and the lady turned around and then said hi to her. Haha! Kind of embarrassing but so funny.

Bethanie's other favorite word right now is "No." Her answer to EVERYTHING is "No" even if she means yes. I have had to figure out which no means yes and which no means no. LOL! She says "No" very sweetly...she tilts her head to the side and says it in such a sweet voice. So cute!!

There are new things that she does daily that I need to be better at keeping track of because they are just so dang cute!

One thing that Bethanie has down perfectly is "The Look." There is a look that I give her when she is in trouble or doing something that she's not supposed to be doing and she has learned it and will give ME the look before I can even give it to her. It's hilarious!
